The TimTam Flask Sharing Group for Townsville Orchid Society Inc. Members is up and running. 


Easy Orchids are bringing in heaps of flasks in the coming month. We will try to organise a group purchase - of whole flasks or sharing in quarter flask amounts. With any luck we will also purchase some suitable ones for new "Orchid Growing Competitions - 2012".

Queensland International Orchid Fair Import Opportunity

Easy Orchids, as one of the promoters of the QIOF believes strongly that the biggest secret to

establishing good orchids is to start with the best plants in flask. Therefore the choice of overseas

vendor to be invited is largely related to the quality and value, along with the range of the flasks they

offer. This years vendor, Sakdisri & Daughters Nursery from Thailand have for many years offered a

wonderful range of the best quality flasks we know of and at prices much more competitive than

some others, especially from the USA where flask quality is sub average and prices are very high.

We urge you to order from this list to obtain maximum benefits. Next week, when the balance of the

offerings is known we will email an even more complete list for your consideration.

Prices are in Australian dollars and include import permit costs, customs clearance and AQIS

inspection.

If you collect your order at QIOF there will be no additional charges. If we ship to you only the local

Australian freight is extra.

All flasks are whisky bottles, so most contain 40+ plants ready to deflask on arrival.
